Matt is a teacher by training and by heart. He dedicated his first decade of work to education where he honed his communication and presentation skills, as well social and emotional intelligence. Matt transitioned nearly a decade ago to the his longstanding family business structural steel fabrication and construction. He currently works as the estimating manager of one of New Jersey’s largest and most successful structural steel fabricators and erectors. He is tuned in to the worlds of design, fabrication, erection, construction management, legal and governmental affairs, and business management.
